We are available and can offer, according to his preferences and the size of the item, repair solutions at the customer’s home,  store pick up or collection point pick up.

We analyse each case and dispatch the defective device to the approved laboratory.

We act as an intermediary between the customer, the shop, the laboratory and the supplier, where applicable.

We manage the return of the item after repair or exchange and we can also take care of any refunds if the item cannot be repaired.
