We analyse each case and dispatch the defective device to the approved laboratory.

We act as an intermediary between the customer, the shop, the laboratory and the supplier, where applicable.

We manage the return of the item after repair or exchange and we can also take care of any refunds if the item cannot be repaired.

When this is not possible, we manage all the logistics flows so that each type of item or packaging waste is correctly sorted and transferred to the specialised recycling and revaluation centre.

To enable our teams to maintain cutting edge skills in our many areas of activity, we have set up our own training centre.

All our employees pursue continuous training leading them towards efficiency and allowing them to constantly update their knowledge.  This is the mission of our training centre.
